Quality Control of Rackets Made in China

Nawin Singh over at the Regentville Tennis Blog does nice racket reviews. He has a particularly interesting story today.

Normally the problem in the Far East is conterfeit and pirated rackets. (Now we know why the price is so high and why we keep hearing government officials drop heavy hints about the "rule of law" being good for business and prosperity).

Nawin has often warned against the inferior quality of the counterfeits. But today he writes also...

Let's face it, most of the major tennis racquet brands and models are made in China. In the past, Chinese products have been known for being shoddy and have very poor standards of quality control.

Then he goes on to relate the differences between two legitmate Wilson K Six One 95's. See what he found, and catch the awesome photography.
